How to install / add a font / typeface on a Windows PC Tutorial Beginner's Guide

Install a font on PC Windows

1. File explorer

2. browse to folder with TTF (or OTF etc) file

3. double click the TTF file

4. Click the install button at top of the opened application

5. Enter password for your admin account (if required)

6. click yes

The font is now available for use in Photoshop, PSP, Microsoft Word etc on your PC

 

** Please note this is for windows 10 PC (though the same approach should be available in earlier versions of Windows PC)
