Gradients are GRD file type files. Please place the GRD file(s) into the Photoshop presets gradients folder (this varies from version to version). Access the gradients via the gradient tools / gradients palette menu. If you are using a recent version of Photoshop or elements, you can also load the gradients using the file > open command to open the GRD files (adding them to the palette) Or use the load / replace commands (and place the GRD files in a totally different location to the presets) Gradients. With OS X and Vista you might prefer to add the GRD files to your user account gradients location. You will find this in your library (OS X) section and appdata / roaming section (on the PC)
Use the file > open command in later versions to load the GRD gradient files (if required)
Access the gradients via the gradient tool, gradient overlay /layer dialog, fill layer content > gradient, gradient map etc
Gradients GRD - Gradient files (*.GRD), this folder contains the gradient files
Serial Number - Serial number for updates etc
