Access the custom shapes

In most recent versions of Photoshop, simply access via the file > open command. In PSE etc, please add the CSH file to the presets folder 'custom shapes' and then access the shapes via the shapes palette right side menu. You can also use the load / replace command to load the custom shapes in Photoshop. Then use the custom shapes via the custom shapes tool (and in the PSE, also you can use the cookie cutter tool)

Shapes as layers, paths etc

You can use the shapes as shape layers and apply styles etc, you can also use the shapes as a path / selection as well as using the shapes as a fill design. You can apply the shapes in 1000s of ways, change the color of the shape, combine the shapes, create new shapes, use as source for brushes and patterns and displacements and much more
