Blur and smearing effect applied using an underlying and modifiable gradient. Use to create unique and wow color blurs.

Gradient Burst plug-in

Gradient star burst & radial plug-in effect plug-in. Plug-in includes many different burst types: basic and truly extreme colorful burst settings. Use the star burst effect as an overlay or for stunning backgrounds or in text effects. Center of the starburst, color intensity, color line numbers per channel are all user definable.  The gradient burst can be used with the 99 output modes such as tiling to create unique tiles and pattern designs.
